1. The Training Institute must hold a valid trade license at the time of submitting the renewal application.
2. The Educational Services Permit renewal request must be submitted to KHDA at least 30 days before the permit's expiry.
3. All outstanding fees and fines must be paid in full before the renewal is approved.

• Step 1: Submit the renewal application through KHDA e-services portal.
• Step 2: Pay the applicable fee for renewing the Educational Services Permit.
• Step 3: Once all conditions are met, KHDA renews the Educational Services Permit and updates the status in the system.
