This service enables training institutes to request the annual renewal of their Educational Services Permit, allowing them to continue offering training activities.

Investors

1–2 activities: AED 15,000
3–4 activities: AED 18,000
5–6 activities: AED 20,000
More than 7 activities: AED 25,000

3 working days

The processing period of 3 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• The Training Institute must hold a valid commercial license at the time of submitting the renewal application.
• The permit renewal request must be submitted to KHDA at least 30 days before the permit's expiry.
• All outstanding fees and fines must be paid in full before the renewal can be processed or approved.

• Submit the renewal application through KHDA portal.
• Pay the necessary fee for renewing the Educational Services Permit.
• Once all conditions are satisfied, KHDA renews the Educational Services Permit and updates the status in the system.
