This service enables entities who are not training institutes to apply for an Educational Services Permit to offer short training courses in Dubai.

  • A copy of the applicant’s passport or the commercial licence.
  • Trainer’s details, including a copy of the passport and CV.
  • Training course name and other relevant details such as target audience, duration in hours, participation fees, and learning outcomes.
  • Approvals from government authorities, if necessary.
  • Accreditation approval, if necessary.
  • Proposed venue and schedule for the training course.

Terms and conditions

A permit issued to entities that are not training institutes will be valid for delivering only one training course.

The process

  • Create an online account with KHDA by registering via KHDA portal on the website, then log in to KHDA platform to begin the application process. Fill in the required information in the electronic form, meet all requirements, and attach the necessary documents.
  • KHDA will review the application and make a decision.
  • Once all conditions and requirements are satisfied, pay the service fee.
  • Obtain approval for a permit to deliver a training course by an entity that is not a training institute, valid for the duration of the course.
