Terms and conditions

  • KHDA Educational Services Permit and the commercial license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service. 
  • All advertising content must comply with KHDA’s Advertising and Marketing Materials Guide

The process

  • Apply via KHDA portal, attaching all proposed advertisement materials in accordance with KHDA's guidelines.
  • KHDA reviews the content for compliance and issues a decision.
  • Fees for approving the publication of the advertisement are paid once all conditions and requirements are met.
  • KHDA grants approval for the advertisement, valid for 3 months.
