The processing period of 6 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

Initial Approval from the relevant licensing authority.

• KHDA Educational Services Permit and the commercial license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.

• Apply through the KHDA portal.
• The application is assessed and a decision is made.
• Service fees are payable once all conditions and requirements are met.
• The shareholder's  details on the Educational Services Permit are updated, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) valid for 30 days is issued to the licensing authority.
