1. Initial Approval from the relevant Licensing Authority.

1. KHDA Educational Services Permit and the trade license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.

• Step 1: Submit the application through the KHDA e-services portal.
• Step 2: KHDA reviews the application.
• Step 3: Pay the service fee once all conditions and requirements are met.
• Step 4: The permit owners' details on the Educational Services Permit are updated, and a No Objection Certificate, valid for 30 days, is issued to the Licensing Authority.
