Requirements

  • Student’s Emirates ID number.
  • Accurate details of the academic years attended, especially if the school has permanently closed.

The process

  • Step 1: The student or parents/guardian inputs their Emirates ID along with the required supporting documents via any of the service channels listed above.
  • Step 2: KHDA verifies the student’s academic records.
  • Step 3:Once the information is verified and matched, a replacement certificate is issued.
