1. Certificates for permanently closed private schools regualted by KHDA are issued upon submission of the required documents by the student or their authorised representative.

• Step 1: The student or parent/guardian submits their Emirates ID, along with the required supporting documents, via info@khda.gov.ae or through other available channels.
• Step 2: KHDA verifies the student’s academic records.
• Step 3: Once the information is verified and matched and payment is completed, a replacement certificate is issued.
