• Student’s academic record (transcript)

Certificates or documents issued by higher education institutions before the academic year 2006-2007 are not attested.

• Step 1: The student submits a request through KHDA Portal, attaching the university certificate.
• Step 2: The request is forwarded to the relevant higher education institution for verification and initial approval.
• Step 3: KHDA reviews the request and approves it if all conditions are met.
• Step 4: Once the request is approved and payment is completed, the attested certificate is issued electronically.
