Requirements

  • Emirates ID number.
  • Proof of enrollment letter from the school, if student data is not available in the KHDA system.
  • Accurate information about the academic years the student attended. This is extremely important if the school is closed or no longer operating

Terms and conditions

  • The student must have been enrolled in a KHDA-licensed private school in Dubai.
  • In cases where records are incomplete or unavailable, additional supporting documents may be required to verify the student's history.

The process

  • Step 1: Submit the request through the "Dubai Now" platform or KHDA portal, using the UAE Pass credentials of the student or guardian. Requests may also be submitted via email or in person at the KHDA Customer Service Centre.
  • Step 2: KHDA verifies the student’s enrollment history, especially for requests submitted through email or the service centre.
  • Step 3: Once verified and payment is made, the certificate is issued electronically.
