  • Copy of a valid passport
  • Letter of proof from relevant authorities (if applicable)

The process

  • Step 1: The school submits the request through KHDA portal, attaching the supporting documents (e.g., birth certificate, passport, etc.).
  • Step 2: KHDA reviews the request and documentation.
  • Step 3: If all conditions and requirements are met, the request is approved. If not, it is returned outlining the reasons for rejection.
