The processing period of 5 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• A letter signed by the school principal detailing the discount policy and the criteria applied.

• The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the school’s Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
• Approved discounts on tuition fees are valid for only one academic year.

• Apply through the KHDA portal along with all required documents.
• KHDA reviews the request and issues a decision.
• If approved, the school's Educational Services Permit is updated accordingly.
