This service allows private schools to submit a formal request for the approval of offering discounts on school tuition fees.

1. A letter signed by the permit owner (for a for-profit school) or from its Board of Trustees or management (for a non-profit school), outlining the types of discounts proposed on tuition fees and the basis for granting them.

1. KHDA Educational Services Permit and the school’s license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
2. Approved discounts on tuition fees are valid for only one academic year.
3. Alongside the original fees approved by KHDA, the approved discount must be clearly stated on the school’s website, as well as in all relevant publications, advertisements, and marketing materials.
4. The school is required to communicate the approved discounts to parents.
5. Schools must publish a list of all corporate partners, privilege card schemes, scholarships, and competition-based programmes that have been granted a discount.
6. Once a discount has been approved by KHDA, it cannot be withdrawn or revoked.
7. All outstanding fees and fines must be paid before submitting an application for this service.
