The processing period of 3 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
• All advertising and marketing materials must adhere with KHDA's Advertisement and Marketing Materials Guidelines.

• Apply via the KHDA portal, attaching the advertising materials in accordance with the specified conditions.
• KHDA reviews the application and makes a decision.
• Once all conditions are satisfied, the advertisement publication approval fee is paid.
• If approved, the school obtains approval valid for three months.
