1. Proposed advertising materials for publication

1. KHDA Educational Services Permit and the trade license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
2. All advertising and marketing materials must adhere with KHDA's Advertisement and Marketing Materials Guidelines.

• Step 1: Apply via the KHDA e-services portal, attaching the advertising materials in accordance with the specified conditions.
• Step 2: KHDA reviews the application.
• Step 3: Once all conditions are satisfied, the advertising materials publication approval fee is paid.
• Step 4: If approved, the school obtains approval valid for three months.
