This service enables private schools to request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or a To Whom It May Concern certificate from KHDA for school-related purposes.

1. Initial approval of license amendment or transaction number (if applicable).

1. The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
2. The purpose for requesting the certificate must be clearly stated in the application.

• Step 1: Apply via the KHDA e-services portal, clearly stating the purpose of the request.
• Step 2: KHDA reviews the request.
• Step 3: Pay the applicable service fee (AED 100 for NOCs related to the clearance of book shipments through customs, AED 500 for NOCs related to other services).
• Step 4: The requested certificate is issued and made available to the school.
