The processing period of 3 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
• The specific reason for requesting the certificate must be clearly stated in the application.

• Apply via the KHDA Portal, clearly stating the purpose of the request.
• The application is reviewed, and a decision is made.
• Pay the applicable service fee (AED 100 for NOCs related to the clearance of book shipments through customs, AED 500 for NOCs related to other services).
• The requested certificate is issued and made available to the school.
