1. KHDA Educational Services Permit and the license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
2. The school must obtain approval from KHDA prior to any public announcements or implementation. Non-compliance may result in fines or revocation of the permit.
3. The proposed plot must be suitable for academic development.
4. The proposed plot must be integrated with the existing premises under the same licence, located in close proximity, and within the same geographic area and jurisdiction.
5. In the case of approval for a new campus, the school must update all relevant signboards, advertisements, and marketing materials accordingly, following KHDA approval.
6. The school’s readiness is confirmed after receiving a Completion Certificate from Dubai Municipality and securing all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
7. The building or facility must be ready at least one month prior to the date of relocation.

• Step 2: KHDA reviews the application and arranges for the compliance team to visit the school.
• Step 3: KHDA’s compliance team verifies that the premises meet all standards.
• Step 4: Once confirmed, the school pays the service fees.
• Step 5: KHDA approves the expansion in the permits system.
