The processing period of 10 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• Environmental Health and Safety Certificate from Dubai Civil Defence
• Building Completion Certificate from Dubai Municipality
• School Building Expansion Completion Form

• KHDA Educational Services Permit and the Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
• The school’s readiness is confirmed after receiving a Completion Certificate from Dubai Municipality and securing all necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.

• Apply via the KHDA portal with all the requirements and approvals.
• KHDA reviews the application and arranges for the compliance team to visit and verify that the plot complies with the approved standards.
• KHDA’s compliance team verifies that the plot meets all standards. Once confirmed, the school pays the service fees, and the application will then be approved in the permits system.
