1. Emirates ID number.
2. Proof of enrollment letter from the Private Schools/ECC's, if student data is not available in the KHDA system.
3. Accurate information about the academic years the student attended. This is extremely important if the Private Schools/ECC's are closed or no longer operating

1. The student must have been enrolled in a private School/Early Childhood Center in Dubai.
2. The student must be registered in the KHDA system.
3. In cases where records are incomplete or unavailable, additional supporting documents may be required to verify the student's history.

• Step 1: Submit the request using the UAE Pass credentials of the student or guardian through the available channels. 
• Step 2: KHDA verifies the student’s enrollment history.
• Step 3: Once verified and payment is made, the certificate is issued electronically.
