• The school must hold a valid commercial licence  at the time of submitting the renewal application.
• All outstanding fees and fines must be paid before submitting a renewal request.
• Permit holders' and the school principal's contact details and information must be updated prior to submitting the application.

• Submit the renewal request for the Educational Services Permit via the KHDA portal.
• Pay the renewal fees once all conditions and requirements are met.
• The Educational Services Permit is renewed after successful review and approval.
