1. Marketing materials

1. The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the trade license must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
2. All advertisement materials must comply with KHDA Advertisement and Marketing guidelines.

• Step 1: Submit application via the KHDA e-services portal, attaching the advertising materials in accordance with the specified conditions.
• Step 2: The application will be reviewed, and a decision will be made.
• Step 3: If approved, the advertisement will be valid for three months.
