This service enables Early Childhood Centres (ECCs) to request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from KHDA for various official matters concerning the centre’s operations.

2 working days. The processing period of 2 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

Terms and conditions

  • The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.

Required documents

  • A clear explanation of the reason for requesting the No Objection Certificate.

The process

  • Send an email to rpc@khda.gov.ae specifying the type of certificate you are requesting and the purpose for which it is needed.
  • KHDA will evaluate the request internally and reply with a decision.
  • If approved, a No Objection Certificate will be issued. The certificate remains valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
