This service enables Early Childhood Centres (ECCs) in Dubai to renew their Educational Services Permit, allowing them to continue their operations.

2 working days. The processing period of 2 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• The Early Childhood Centre must hold a valid Commercial Licence at the time of submitting the renewal application.  
• All unpaid fees and fines for violations must be paid before applying for this service.
• The centre must ensure that all required certificates and documents issued by the relevant government authorities are current and valid, including the Commercial Licence, the Dubai Civil Defence EHS certificate and the DHA nurse’s licence (if applicable).

• The renewal application must be submitted to KHDA at least 30 days before the expiry of the Educational Services Permit.

• Submit the renewal application through the KHDA portal.
• Pay the renewal fee.
• The Educational Services Permit is renewed.
