This service allows Private Schools and Early Childhood Centres in Dubai to request student promotion to the next academic year upon successfully passing their current grade.

1. The student must be registered in the KHDA system.
2. Students’end-of-year academic grades must be pre-recorded in the KHDA System.

• Step 1: The educational insitiute uploads the student’s results into the system at the end of the academic year.
• Step 2: Upon approval and confirmation of the results, the student is promoted to the next grade or academic year.
