2 working days. The processing period of 2 working days begins once KHDA has received all required documents.

• The KHDA Educational Services Permit and the Commercial Licence must be valid at the time of submitting the application for this service.
• All submissions must adhere to KHDA’s Advertisement and Marketing Materials Guidelines.

• Apply through the KHDA portal, attaching all required materials as specified in the KHDA Advertisement and Marketing Materials Guidelines.
• KHDA will review the submission and issue a decision.
• If approved, the advertisement may be published. The approval is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued.
