1. Copy of Emirates ID card
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Copy of a valid passport
4. Letter of proof from relevant authorities (if applicable)

1. The service fee shall be collected from the educational institution at the end of each month.

• Step 1: The educational institution submits the request attaching the supporting documents (e.g., birth certificate, passport, etc.) through KHDA Portal.
• Step 2: KHDA reviews the request and documentation.
• Step 3: If all conditions and requirements are met, the request is approved. If not, it is returned outlining the reasons for rejection.
