PRIVATE SCHOOLS LANDSCAPE 2020-21

Dubai’s schools sector has been through a year like no other before. Despite the setbacks, it has shown that it cannot only recover, but recover stronger and better.

Landscape data within this infographic reveals that in the last academic year, student numbers increased by 14% in the 30 new schools that opened since 2017/18. Enrolment for students in grades 1 to 12, meanwhile, decreased by a modest 1.7%.
 
The landscape report, previously an annual publication, will be updated and released three times during this academic year. Upcoming reports are due in winter 2021 and spring 2021.
