This policy brief sheds light on the different factors which students consider when making higher education choices. The paper looks at the key influencers in the decision to continue to a higher education institution in Dubai and puts forward recommendations for students, parents, schools, higher education institutions and the Government of Dubai.

This policy brief was presented at a policy forum organised by Dubai School of Government in collaboration with KHDA on 9th April 2012.
