Dubai – October 08, 2025: Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has been honoured with two prestigious awards at the Best Business Awards in the United Kingdom in recognition of its achievements in improving the quality of education across Dubai’s private school sector and enhancing customer happiness.
KHDA received the Best Business Transformation Award for its efforts to raise the quality of education in the emirate through the implementation of a robust quality assurance framework. These efforts delivered measurable improvements in educational outcomes for students of diverse nationalities studying across a wide range of curricula in Dubai’s private schools.
KHDA also received the Best Customer Care Award for its successful digital transformation programme, which has significantly enhanced the customer experience across Dubai’s education ecosystem.
The initiative involved a comprehensive review and redesign of customer journeys, the introduction of self-service tools, and the digitalisation of around 95% of KHDA services, resulting in faster, smarter and more transparent service delivery. This transformation has made it easier for customers to navigate the system, leading to a 35% drop in complaints in the first quarter of 2025 and an increase in customer happiness levels to 96%.
