Required documents

  • A copy of the teacher's passport or Emirates ID.
  • Attested university degree showing the major specialisation, along with an official academic transcript.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Good Conduct Certificate attested by the issuing authority (local or international).
  • Attested Appointment Notice and Leave of Work Certificate.
  • Experience certificates from inside or outside the country.

The process

  • Step 1: The school submits the teacher registration request through the KHDA portal, uploading all required documents.
  • Step 2: KHDA reviews the data and verifies it against the attached documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Step 3: Once approved, the KHDA system is updated after the teacher’s registration details.
