The candidate must be registered in the KHDA system.

The process

  • Step 1: The school submits a request via the KHDA portal to issue an appointment approval letter for the candidate.
  • Step 2: KHDA reviews the request and issues the Appointment Notice (approval letter) if all requirements are met.
