Sharjah: The seventh DPS Model United Nations, hosted by Delhi Private School Sharjah in association with Tiffany, will be conducted as an international inter school competition in which 17 schools from India, Kuwait and Qatar in addition to schools from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah will be taking part.
The event which will showcase the participation of about 150 delegates will be held on November 15 and 16, 2008 at Delhi Private School, Sharjah.
The delegates will represent 34 members of the UN including UK, Sudan, Australia, North Korea, Afghanistan, USA, India, Congo, Germany and Bangladesh.
The event will be attended by India's first Lady IPS and the renowned social activist, Kiran Bedi.
