ABU DHABI — Teaching primary school students computer skills will be much easier with the new Mobile Technology Classroom (MTC), a mobile class that will move from school to another in order to reach a large number of students.
Launched at Zayed University (ZU) yesterday, the classroom was designed by a group of six ZU students for their capstone project, and is the first of its kind in the country.
Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of Zayed University, during his visit to the classroom, praised the high level of academic and social awareness that led the students to design the project to meet the needs of various schools.
