FUJAIRAH —The Ministry of Education has intensified efforts to provide all essential support for the success for its pilot 'Future Schools' project being implemented across the country from this academic year, Dr Hanif Hassan Ali, Minister of Education, said.

"The project is one of many ambitious projects launched by the ministry through its comprehensive development plan under the federal government strategy," the minister said during a recent visit to Omier Ibn Abi Waqas Primary School, one of the Future schools in Kalba.

“The project is a national initiative seeks to produce high quality educational output who can pursue undergraduate study without taking additional academic preparatory programmes to boost their linguistic and technical skills,'' the minister explained.

The first year of Future schools was implemented in 50 schools, including 18 primary, 11 middle and 21 secondary schools.
