Dubai — All ministries and other federal government institutions will be closed for work from Monday, September 29, 2008 (Ramadan 29) until Saturday, October 4.
Work will resume on Sunday, October 5, according to a circular issued on Monday by Minister of Health and Chairman of the Civil Service Commission Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Quttami.
The minister took the opportunity to extend his greetings to The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members, Rulers of the Emirates, on the occasion of Eid Al Fitr. Al Quttami also extended his greetings to the people of the UAE and the Islamic world on the happy occasion
