Dubai: The e-TQM College has announced it will organise the Second Forum on e-learning Excellence in the Middle East between January 26 and 29 2009.
High profile specialists in the field of e-learning from all over the world will attend the forum, which will be held under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The specialists will explain and give a deeper understanding about the e-learning field, which revolutionised education in the past decade.
The forum will present the latest technologies and innovations in the field. It will also offer a platform to exchange ideas and studies relevant to planning, design and development of e-learning.
