Dubai: The Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development (MBRPLD), an innovative leadership programme designed to develop future national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of Dubai, launched the Personal Development Programme.
The primary objective of the programme is to improve the capacity of individuals to understand what and how they are learning and to review, plan and take responsibility for their own learning.
The programme will run for five days, involving some 70 participants of the Promising Leaders Programme.
"Effective leadership requires the ability to distinguish one's strong points as well as areas that need improvement. The Personal Development Programme helps the participants to evaluate themselves and in the process be able to develop their inner strength and character. Ultimately, we want the participants to learn from their own experiences and direct their future plans based on this acquired knowledge," said Adel Al Shared, Director, MBRPLD.
