DUBAI — The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and the Dubai Institute for Human Resource Development (DIHRD) yesterday signed an agreement to provide Professional Diploma of HR (PDHR) and Foundations of HR (FHR) for employees of all UAE Government units.
The agreement was signed by Dr Boualem Chennoufi, senior consultant and Acting CEO of DIHRD, and Serge Sardo, CEO of AHRI.
The PDHR contains four-unit post-graduate level course that provides the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a management level in HR.
This examines for four layers of HR - the macro environment, the work place, the individual and the overall measurement and evaluation of HR practices.
The diploma is suitable for HR professionals and line managers with at least two years of experience in HR practice or graduate of the Foundations of Human Resources course.
